This class combines the principles of pilates combined with barre inspired exercises focusing on postural strength and alignment, using light weights and elastics. A fun class suitable for all age groups and all levels of fitness.

    Pilates n' Props

    This class uses various props. Toning balls, fitness circles, resistance balls, stability balls are all great tools to enhance your pilates routine. Props add variety and may be used to assist in an exercise or make it more challenging. These tools add resistance while the Pilates principles remain the same.

Our Kidz Classes

    Kidz Danz

    A fun-filled session of bopping, hopping, shakin' and shimmin! Laughter, smiles and games... Fitness hidden under all the fun! A mix of playful Zumba, hip hop and silly games to keep your little ones feeling energized and active! A wonderful opportunity for expression and building of self-confidence through movement. (7-12 ans)

    Tween Yoga

    Tween yoga (ages 7-12) is a dynamic class introducing children to yoga through games, flows and partner poses, encouraging their creativity and their interpersonal relationships. We also work on concentration and the mind-body connection through breathing and relaxation exercises. A fun and stimulating experience for the tween body, mind & soul!

    Parent & Baby Yoga

    Parent and Baby yoga provides an opportunity for mamas and moving babies to enjoy yoga together (3 to 12 months). Moms have an opportunity to practice yoga for themselves, as well as to explore movement together with active baby through music and song.
