Energie EnCorps Top 10

With our four year anniversary quickly approaching, we would like to take the time to acknowledge the accomplishments we have made while giving thanks to all those that have contributed along the way. Energie EnCorps Top 10 are students that have proven to reflect a positive commitment to the studio as well as the values and motives that we stand behind.


What keeps me coming back to Energie EnCorps is the warm and welcoming ambience of the studio, and my wonderful instructors. It’s the sense of comfort that Rozel and her team have developed in a small and personalized studio, where everyone knows your name, whether it’s your first class or your hundredth!


Yoga has proven to be one thing that has stayed consistent with me for the past 4 years. Not only do I practice regularly, but I teach now as well. I was also able to find a new meaning to the word community. I have meet some of the most extraordinary people at this studio. Everyone genuinely cares for the well-being of one another. I am grateful for the long-lasting friendships that were made in the group classes and trainings that I have attended.


One tip is to commit to your workouts. Put your classes or workouts into your schedule. You’ll find you look forward to them. Another tip is to give new teachers a chance. They might become your new favorite teacher!


The varied schedules and courses offered allow us to train frequently and to evolve in our practice, whatever the level that one reaches. Thanks to the quality and the dedication of the instructors, attention is brought to each of the members for a personalized education. I am very happy to have discovered this center that allows me to grow my passion for yoga.


My muscle tone and flexibility has improved tremendously. Now I find that yoga is always present in my mind and body as far as breathing goes. I have learnt how to still my mind when it wants to jump over hurdles! I would recommend anyone to start yoga classes no matter your fitness level. You can always learn something about yourself and improve your quality of life!


I’m stronger more flexible more in control of my body… I’m constantly working on respecting my body limits and recognizing my strengths … I’ve improved so much overall but I always remember my beginning and appreciate my improvements.


I lost 35 lbs and went from a size 10 to a size 6. I gained much flexibility, muscle tone, strength, endurance and boosted energy. All I did was show up at the studio and did what your awesome instructors taught us in class, at my and having so much fun in the process.

As a full-time student at John Abbott College in the Business Administration program, Nicole started at Energie Encorps as a receptionist and marketing assistant, with the hopes of catering to her interest in marketing and photography. In her free time, Nicole greatly enjoys spending time with her family and friends out and about. Nicole is excited to continue growing her interest in health and fitness with the help of Energie EnCorps amazing community.
