This 30 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is a Level One intro into the system, science, and art of asana sequencing.
"Vinyasa" is derived from the Sanskrit term "nyasa", which means "to place," and the prefix vi, "in a special way". When applied to our asana practice, it’s sometimes referred to as the ‘breathing system’, or the union of breath and movement as a flowing sequence of specific asanas.
We live in a busy world and learning how to move with awareness is essential for our health, longevity, and state of mind. This approach to the practice is simply an inspiration to be used as an artful approach to living, a way of applying your skill and awareness of yoga to all the rhythms and sequences of life, including self-care, relationships, work, and personal evolution.
This 30hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is for anyone who wishes to deepen their asana practice, those wanting to learn some new skills and even those who wish to share Yoga professionally. It is suitable for yoga teachers and practitioners at all levels of yogic experience.
