Hip Heaven: Yoga Tune Up for your Hips and Psoas (1:00 pm to 3:00 pm)
A "Must" for all those who have pain and tension in the hips and in the lumbar region (lower back). The psoas is one of the main flexor muscles of your hips and the only muscle that connects your legs, hips and back together. Often shortened due to many hours spent sitting, the condition of your psoas can be the cause of many injuries and chronic back pain. This course offers you a sequence specially designed to relax and stretch your psoas and several other muscles of your hips. You will come out feeling more mobile, open and relaxed!
