Workshop Series Description Join Mimi Martel for a day of dynamic, fascinating and educational Yoga Tune Up workshops! This workshop series is specifically designed to eradicate pain, relieve tension and improve your posture by releasing and activating your FEET, HIPS and DIAPHRAGM. Perfect for fitness, race or bike preparation or to improve athletic performance. Also, ideal for those who suffer from chronic back and hip pain, herniated disc, sacroiliac problems or problems related to the pelvic floor or abdominals.
Learn to unlock, untie, loosen your muscles to strengthen, support and stabilize your joints. This workshop is for everyone (beginner included). No yoga experience is required.
FEET + ANKLES: Start on the Right Foot 2! How to optimize your feet and ankles for better health (10 am to 12 pm)
Would you like to improve your balance and your gait? To reduce tensions and pain in your legs? To increase your speed of recovery after an injury or a surgery to your foot, ankle, knee or hip?
This workshop will help better understand the reasons you suffer those symptoms and will help you regain control of your feet (and the rest of your body!) This workshop is open to anyone who wishes to improve foot health, and you can always take Start on the right FOOT 1 at a later date (both workshops are complementary but not prerequisites).
