TRX= Total Body Resistance Exercise. For new moms who are ready for a total body work-out with their babies. This class is ideal for those looking to improve their posture as well as tone their muscles. With the use of TRX and baby weight, the stabilizing muscles will be targeted which then improves body alignment and posture. A fun way to get fit and spend time with your baby and other mommies!
Requirements: Open to new moms who are ready to get active. Babies are optional, however, babies should be light enough to fit a carrier sling and not walking yet.
