This 20-hour training delves into the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, a meditation modality that incorporates inquiry, curiosity, total relaxation and intentional focus. Incorporating analytical cognitive practices, guided visualization and sense-awareness, this program brings an array of traditional Yoga Nidra practices together into one system of relaxation and renewal. Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool in managing and healing from anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, chronic physical/emotional pain, feelings of insecurity and powerlessness, addiction, and so much more. It is also a simple and effective way of dealing with stress and tension.
