Meditation doesn’t need to be just on the mat, cross legged and trying desperately to empty your mind and be still. There are so many ways that you can connect into your own personal power, be mindful and relax.
Go on an inner exploration of relaxation, mindfulness, meditations and visualizations every Monday with Nicole. Supporting your meditation practice we will use our own energy fields and chakras, crystals, oracle cards, journaling and personal development exercises.
In this 5 week course you will:
Learn what reiki is and how it can be used to support your own energy
Learn about how your mind works and strategies to disarm it so that it can go into a relaxing state
Try different meditation techniques, sitting, standing, lying down and walking
Explore breathing styles and techniques to help you refocus
Get tips to be mindful during the day and strategies to support you when you are over the top and can’t chill out.
Practice meditation and mindfulness through different visualizations each week
Receive reiki and crystal energy as you meditate in a group setting to support your practice.
