Partner yoga is a fun and mindful practice which has a steady but accessible challenge curve.
This workshop will help you improve your communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal), as well as deepen your understanding of yoga. In this 3-hour session you and your partner will enjoy a fluid and flowing partner-yoga session, you will also explore a bit of partner-balancing yoga (acro-yoga) and you will also offer and receive a thai-yoga influenced therapeutic massage. You will come away from this experience feeling refreshed and relaxed and with an improved ability to express your needs and wants.
Join us at the Windermere Park with a friend, relative or loved-one or come alone and you can pair up with others who may also come unaccompanied (as is quite typical for this program).
