Crystal Clear

Have you ever wanted to learn more about crystals and how to use them to support your health, emotions, and wellbeing? Nicole Fortunaso our resident reiki master and Certified Pro Crystal Healer will be teaching you about working with crystals.

In this workshop we will discuss:

  • Where crystals come from
  • How they work and interact with our energy body and chakras
  • Understanding the different crystal shapes
  • How to pick a crystal
  • Crystal care
  • Properties of individual crystals and how they support our mental, spiritual and physical bodies
  • Learn how to connect with the properties of your crystals
  • Meditating with crystals

End with a relaxing meditation with your favourite crystal.

Crystals for the workshop will be supplied and others will be available for purchase after the workshop. For the workshop each crystal will be cleared and charged ready for you to use!

What you will need:

  • Journal and pen
  • Water
  • Yoga mat (chairs and tables will be available but you may want to sit on the floor!)

About Nicole
Nicole Fortunaso hails from down under. She came to Canada from Australia for a new experience and for a business opportunity over 15 years ago. She is focused on helping individuals find ways to stay tranquil, grounded and gain clarity with holistic and intuitive life coaching, using Reiki, tarot and practical approaches based on her experiences. Nicole is married with a 4-year-old daughter, she is a reiki master, crystal healer and has two bachelor degrees in science and business. She has also completed a life coaching certification and is avid reader of a variety of self-improvement and esoteric topics. Not only does she work with individuals to provide the opportunity for clarity and tranquility through, she also works with entrepreneurs assisting them with mindfully starting their business and removing their road blocks to create success. She does a variety of workshops in the West Island and donates reiki sessions at the West Island Cancer Center.
