Monday Mindful Meditations (VIRTUAL)


From the comfort of your own home... MINDFUL MEDITATIONS.

Relax, be at peace and leave the worries of the world for 60 mins. Every week we will explore a calming and beautiful meditation using our breathe, life force energy (chi), reiki energy, crystals and a variety of techniques to help us relax and get back to being ourselves. We will use beautiful visualizations and focus on different themes to bring in peace and relaxation. Each week we will have mini discussions and talk about our experiences.

At the end of each class you will feel rejuvenated and relaxed and walk away with tools to use in your own personal practice.

This course is offered in English only.

 

Date: Mondays, Sept. 28 to Nov. 2 (5 weeks except Oct. 12)
Time: 8-9 p.m. 
Price: 99$ for 5 sessions or 25$ for drop-in

 

About Nicole 

Nicole Fortunaso is an Australian that now lives in Canada. Having started her career in tech she is now focused on helping individuals find ways to stay tranquil, grounded and gain clarity through her company Just Breathe (in) Harmony. Whether that be through mindfulness workshops or 1:1 holistic and intuitive life coaching, using Reiki, crystal, tarot and practical approaches based on her experiences - Nicole is focused on finding your calm. Over the years Nicole has created a number of workshops inspired through her learnings and self-reflections of the mind, body and spirit to create the opportunity for others to find their truth, their tranquility and clarity from within - to take the steps to regain balance in their lives.
