For every action, there is an equal and opposing reaction. The harder we resist change, the harder it is going to be to make a change and the more blocked up and tight we will be in our body and mind. If we can teach our self to relax and go with the flow, we will then be able to create space for new opportunity and experiences.
This workshop teaches you the importance of learning to let go physically and mentally. In this workshop learn about the importance of the softer side of yoga. Enjoy an open discussion to understand the benefits of restorative, yin, and gentle yoga practices and end with a juicy restorative practice to replenish and recharge your body and mind.
Topics to be covered:
Why sometimes less is more for your body and mind
Finding balance in your yoga practice
What are Yang vs. Yin styles and why both are important
Please note that this is a virtual workshop. If you signed up, you will receive a Zoom link 15 minutes before the start of the event through your email to join the workshop.
