This workshop is specially designed to eradicate pain and release tension in your neck, upper back, rib cage and shoulders. It is ideal for those who work daily sitting at a desk or with their head flexed (forward), those who suffer from tension or chronic pain in the back or shoulders, those who suffer from respiratory disorders, asthma or allergies and those who wish to increase their athletic performances such as their golf swing, their tennis smash or their "overhead" squat.
During this yoga F(x) workshop for your thoracic spine and neck. Come learn how to unlock, loosen, and unblock muscles that are too often used excessively, inappropriately, or insufficiently. This workshop will give you a lot of relaxation and a deep massage effect, in addition to stabilizing the shoulder and neck joints using simple and effective movements and regulating your respiratory and nervous systems (parasympathetic).
This workshop is for everyone (beginners included). No yoga experience is required.

Part 1: YOGA F(x) Series: Tonic Abs - An introduction to your deep core muscles
The Tonic Abs workshop includes a series of toning and vigorous exercises and poses based on Yoga Tune Up® and other activities (Pilates, CrossFit, yoga, fitness, etc.) to better understand your deep abs, but especially to wake them up and strengthen them! This workshop is specially designed to increase the physical strength of your ABDOMINALS (including the entire trunk, from the pelvic floor to the neck!) And thus reduce or eradicate tension and minimize the risk of back injuries. As a bonus, you will improve your overall posture.
