No worries! All our virtual classes will be automatically recorded and made available on-demand through our website for one month. The content will always be fresh as we will always update the virtual library on a daily basis.
How do I access the recorded classes?
The first thing to do is to make sure that you have an active pricing option that can be applied to the classes.
All pricing options can be applied to recorded classes. (i.e. class packs and unlimited pricing plans)
EnergiePass members have unlimited access to recorded content.
How do I access the media management page?
The virtual library is accessible through the LOGIN link on the homepage of our website only and not the application.
Use your client id and password to sign in. Create one if needed.
Select MEDIA. Click one of the links on this page and your pricing option will be immediately applied.
You may click this link multiple times and only one pricing option will be applied.
We have noticed that Google Chrome works best for this site.
Make sure that you do not have pop-up blockers on your browser for our page.
Do I still need to sign up for the live class if I want to watch it later?
No. If you would like to simply view the recorded class it is not necessary to sign up for the live class via the app.
Please be careful not to do this. If you are on a class list and do not attend, the class will still be deducted from your class pack.

Do I need to sign up for the classes on the app or the website?
Actually, no, you do not have to sign up for the classes if you will only take advantage of the recorded content.
If you signed up for a class, but need to cancel, please remove your name from the list to avoid losing a class.
